Ms. Dietzgen focuses her practice in litigation with an emphasis in workers’ compensation matters, specifically representing employers and insurance carriers. Ms. Dietzgen’s history of growing up in a family of medical doctors as well as working for a medical practice through high school and college provides her with a distinct perspective when it comes to issues related to medical benefits.

Ms. Dietzgen graduated from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. Ms. Dietzgen received her Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. During her time at Tulane, Ms. Dietzgen was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Moot Court Team and in her third year of law school she was the Inter-School Alternative Dispute Resolution Chair, Alternative Dispute Resolution Team coach, and an Honor Board Member. Ms. Dietzgen is a member of the Colorado Bar Association.

Ms. Dietzgen has lived all across the United States as well as in London and Brussels, but is happy to call Denver, Colorado home. Ms. Dietzgen enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors.
