DIANA H. HALE joined Ruegsegger Simons in 2005. She focuses her practice in workers’ compensation matters with an emphasis in Medicare set-asides.

Ms. Hale graduated from Indiana University School of Nursing in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In 2003, she received her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver College of Law. Ms. Hale was the staff editor of the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy and she was also Phi Alpha Delta.

Ms. Hale is licensed to practice in Colorado and in the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado. Ms. Hale maintains memberships in the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, and Colorado Women’s Bar Association.
