H. ANDREW RZEPIENNIK is a Member of the firm. He practices workers' compensation defense. He has litigated numerous cases throughout the State of Colorado, including the most difficult compensability and permanent total disability claims. He employs innovative strategies to defend these claims and works closely with medical and other experts to provide the strongest defense possible.
Prior to joining the firm in April of 2001, Mr. Rzepiennik practiced in the areas of medical malpractice, construction defect, employment law, mass tort litigation, medical device and drug defense, and has experience in complex medical depositions. In addition, Mr. Rzepiennik has experience for the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States District Court Southern District of New York, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado, United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and numerous other forums in Colorado.
Mr. Rzepiennik received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver School of Law while working at the Denver District Attorneys Office. In 1996, Mr. Rzepiennik founded and gained funding for the Criminal Law Association at the University of Denver. In 1998, Mr. Rzepiennik received an award from the University of Denver for an individual's contribution to the University through the functions of the Criminal Law Association.
Mr. Rzepiennik is licensed to practice law in Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the District of Southern New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Rzepiennik is a member of the American Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association. |
