JUSTEN L. MILLER joined the firm in August of 2009 and focuses his practice on workers’ compensation law. Mr. Miller graduated in 2000, summa cum laude, from UCLA in Los Angeles, California. He received his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2004, and worked as an Associate Editor for the University of Colorado Law Review. During law school, Mr. Miller clerked for the Boulder City Attorney’s Office in their civil and criminal divisions.

In addition to his experience representing clients in the area of workers’ compensation defense, Mr. Miller also represented clients for several years in insurance defense and medical malpractice in Colorado Springs.

Mr. Miller is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations and has been a coach for the Air Academy Mock Trial Team in Colorado Springs. He is an avid swimmer and enjoys bicycling and fishing in his free time.
