CAROL A. FINLEY is Special Counsel with Ruegsegger Simons & Stern, LLC. Ms. Finley joined the firm in 2016. She focuses her practice in litigation, with an emphasis in workers’ compensation matters, including representation of insurers and self-insured employers in workers’ compensation insurance defense matters.
Ms. Finley is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Mesa County Bar Association and the Workers’ Compensation Section of the CBA.
Ms. Finley was born in Rapid City, SD. She enjoys golfing, hiking, skiing, reading, listening to music and attending theatre.
