CRAIG ANDERSON is a Member of Ruegsegger Simons & Stern, LLC. Mr. Anderson joined the firm in 1999. He focuses his practice in litigation, with an emphasis in workers’ compensation defense matters. Mr. Anderson has successfully litigated cases across Colorado, and has handled many appeals before the Colorado Industrial Claim Appeals Office and the Colorado Court of Appeals. A member of the Colorado and the El Paso County Bar Associations, Mr. Anderson is also a member of the Colorado Bar’s Workers’ Compensation section. Mr. Anderson has been a presenter in continuing legal education seminars focused on Colorado workers’ compensation law, and provides training in workers’ compensation issues for his clients. Mr. Anderson was previously a deputy district attorney in Colorado’s Fourth Judicial District, and an instructor of business law at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. Mr. Anderson is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Anderson was born in Bergen, Norway. He enjoys running, skiing, fly fishing, reading mystery novels, making and drinking cocktails, and playing with his dogs.
