DREW RZEPIENNIK is a Member of Ruegsegger Simons & Stern, LLC. Mr. Rzepiennik joined the firm in 2002. He focuses his practice in litigation, with an emphasis in workers’ compensation matters. He also has experience in medical malpractice, construction defect, employment law, mass tort litigation, medical device and drug defense, and complex medical depositions.
Mr. Rzepiennik received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver School of Law while working at the Denver District Attorney’s Office. In 1996, Mr. Rzepiennik founded and gained funding for the Criminal Law Association at the University of Denver. In 1998, Mr. Rzepiennik received an award from the University of Denver for an individual’s contribution to the University through the functions of the Criminal Law Association. Mr. Rzepiennik received the 2018 Attorney of the Year Award from the American Subcontractors Association of Colorado.
Mr. Rzepiennik was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He is married and the father of three young adults. When not practicing law, Mr. Rzepiennik enjoys skiing, sport fishing, and horseback riding.
