JUSTEN MILLER is a Member of Ruegsegger Simons & Stern, LLC. Mr. Miller joined the Firm in 2009. He focuses his practice in litigation, with an emphasis in workers’ compensation matters. Mr. Miller’s practice includes representation of employers and insurers in complex statutory employer and insurance coverage issues. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Miller also represented clients in medical malpractice, defamation, and taxation matters. Mr. Miller served as the Associate Editor of the Law Review at the University of Colorado School of Law.
Mr. Miller was born in San Francisco, California. His interests include backpacking, fishing, and the collection of ancient fossils.
