TAYLOR C. LEONARD is an Attorney at Ruegsegger Simons & Stern, LLC. Ms. Leonard joined the firm in 2019. She focuses her practice on litigation, with an emphasis on workers’ compensation matters, specifically representing employers and insurance carriers. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Leonard handled workers’ compensation claims in Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa while working for a defense firm in St. Louis. Ms. Leonard continues to represent clients in multiple jurisdictions, including Arizona.
Ms. Leonard is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Missouri Bar, the Iowa State Bar Association, and the Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation. She has argued cases in multiple states at the trial and appellate level and provided numerous presentations on workers’ compensation claims and litigation strategy.
Ms. Leonard was born in Fort Collins, Colorado and currently lives in Denver with her husband, Ben. She is an avid Mizzou fan and in her free time she enjoys traveling and doing yoga.
