THOMAS M. STERN is a founding Member of Ruegsegger Simons & Stern, LLC. Mr. Stern focuses his practice in litigation, with an emphasis in workers’ compensation matters, including complex insurance coverage, medical, and disability claims. Mr. Stern is a member of the Colorado and California Bar Associations. He served for several years on the board of Professionals of Workers’ Compensation, and has been named Respondents’ Attorney of the Year by that organization.
Mr. Stern is a Denver native. His personal interests include his faith, family, sports (CU Buffs, Broncos, Avs, Rockies, Nuggets, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and DU Hockey), Peloton, and reading. He has helped coach high school mock trial for several years.
